Rehlat application is very good previously but now is not as much, since they didn’t respect the reservation policy which is totally against the standard procedure, unfortunately I will not deal again with Rehlat any more

This company is fraud and is been money laundering by attracting customers with the lowest fare to be paid through there right channel of account and refunding then after 60 days I booked my mother ticket and got suspicious about the booking when I did not receive any confirmation, I tried calling customer service with in 20 mins of my booking they confirmed that my booking cant be confirmed from the airline. This is a scam they are just money laundering through the server channel, no office nothing only customer service numbers. Please be careful and report this to the ded department for them to block this eservice channel
Absolutely horrible app, very difficult and frustrating to use. Price slider starts at 170,000 per night and goes down to only 6,000 per night, what kind of prices are these? Very slow and laggy, does not show the real price. I have no idea how they have a 4 star rating, they must be buying these reviews. Very bad experience.

I am compelled to share my dreadful experience with Rehlat through this review. The level of service I received was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite booking a hotel through their platform, I arrived at the location only to discover that there was no reservation. The customer service has been utterly useless, providing delayed and inadequate responses. Despite multiple assurances, there has been no refund, and my concerns have been blatantly ignored. This experience has not only caused significant inconvenience but also led to additional financial burden due to the need for alternative accommodations. I strongly advise potential users to reconsider trusting this platform. The lack of accountability, customer care, and resolution to issues is deeply concerning. My attempts to seek a refund and resolve the matter have been met with utter negligence. Save yourself the trouble and frustration; explore alternative, more reliable platforms for your travel needs. Rehlat’s service is far from satisfactory, and my experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and compelled to pursue further action through consumer rights authorities.
They can’t handle a booking. And you will not be able to refund your money as i am. I booked a hotel and when i reached i surprised that the booking were cancelled by them😱. After 3 hours of telephone calls without any solution from Rehlat end, i booked another hotel. Now for over 15 days they have not refunded my money back. Bearing in mind that i am contacting them daily either by phone or email and i had never be able to contact any manager to solve my issue even i am requesting this daily. You receive only one answer that we have transferred your complaint to the concerned department and will update you which will never happen. Gets as per my experience, don’t deal with this company.
Blatant scammer, I was supposed to be refunded almost 2 months ago now and still nothing received and each time they lie and say they will do it urgently in 48 hours and they never do. This will be escalated with DED, this company cannot keep on running this scheme, it has to be shut down.
