With RejseBillet you can buy tickets and commuter passes for bus, train, metro, and light rail in all of Denmark.
If you are travelling one time from A to B, you can buy a ticket by entering your point of departure and arrival and complete a purchase. The ticket is valid for one progressive journey on the route shown on the ticket. If you accept localization, your point of departure will be your current position by default.
You can also buy a zone ticket. It allows you to travel unlimited with bus, train, metro, and light rail in the selected zones within a certain time period.
If you buy a Commuter Pass you get unlimited access to journeys by bus, train, and light rail within a specific area and a certain time frame. You can choose to buy access to DSB 1’ as an addition to your Commuter Pass. On Zealand you can buy a Commute20.
If you travel in the capital area and want to travel by metro with your commuter product, you can buy a metro supplement as a part of your pass. If you chose not to buy metro supplement with your pass and want to travel by metro a given day, you can purchase a supplementary metro ticket to gain access to the metro from day to day.
It is also possible to buy a ticket for your bicycle if you are travelling with the metro. You can also buy a supplementary ticket for DSB 1’ if you want to travel first-class by train from day to day. Each product requires that you already have a ticket that covers your journey.

Terrible app
Hello
When travelling Denmark, this app is pushed to be downloaded to make use of public transport for all international and local travellers. The problem for international travellers is that you can’t make use of the tap unless you have a Scandinavian SIM card. So you are left with the only Possible option which is cash!! This can be very difficult as ATM/ cashpoints are far and few between and even if you find some there is a high charge to take out cash!
NOTE FOR DEVELOPERS:
if you intended to use this app ensure Apple Pay / G pay is enabled and allows you to bypass the phone numbers and can use email.
DOES accept non Danish phone numbers
Despite what people are saying here.
Can’t use if you don’t have a danish number
Can’t use if you don’t have a danish number
Useless
Don’t seem to be able to create an account with a UK mobile phone no
Currently useless
Please address this issue either by solving it and making signup work, or providing an alternative way to buy travel tickets (foreigners can’t use MobilePay)
Didn’t work
Doesn’t work won’t let me enter a phone number to set up ☹️
Useless!
This app simply doesn’t work. You have to enter your phone number but then get an error message so can’t proceed. No way of trying to resolve. Something definite rotten in the state of Denmark 🤣
Failure
Still doesn’t seem to support non-Danish phone numbers, despite the imminent phasing out of the Sydtrafik app. Not very encouraging for tourists.
Great
Simple and easy to use , no issues at all
Nøddeskal
Another Danish travelling app where only people with a DANISH phone number can buy a bus ticket. Embarrassing. Good luck world travellers.
