DSB app. A part of your journey. Tickets, cards, and traffic information.

In the DSB app you can buy tickets, commuter cards, use Check in and see current traffic information and an overview of departures.

You can buy tickets, and make seat reservations, incl. commuter seat reservations. You can buy DSB Orange and DSB Orange Fri tickets as well.

You can buy and renew commuter cards and Øresund cards or try Commute20 if you work from home some of the weekdays. If you have a Youthcard you can receive it in the app if it is created by DSB.

You can use the DSB app as a guest or create a DSB Plus profile and get access to more products and services. You get the possibility to transfer tickets and cards that are not yet valid and receive notifications with information if your journey is changed or delayed. You can earn points for snacks for your journey as well.

It is possible to refund tickets and cards in the app following the current rules.

Overall a good App but the bleedin obvious is Apple Pay please - simples

Problem paying on saved card

I was unable to use my saved credit card so had to re-enter the details again. Not sure what happens but the final ‘pay’ button wasn’t active. Aside from this issue the app has been really easy to use

Nice ! Waiting for improvements

Very simple for foreigners Improvements - google pay - Apple Pay - English proposed more obviously (flag switch) - 1 day ticket ???

Foreign credit cards don’t work…

The app was ok until I tried to pay. I tried different credit cards but none of them worked. I got the message “Something went wrong”. Very annoying!

In English please

The app would be improved with an English option.

AVOID

Terrible App, Bought tickets on the app, they wouldn’t display in the app. Called customer service, they did not help, and said they could not re-send the Tickets via email because they where purchased on the app!! - worst experience on a train

Tickets don’t show in the app

I bought tickets on the website but they don’t show up in the app. When I’ve bought tickets before using the app they’re there. Use the website to buy them and printing them out is the only option. How in the hell is my app account separate from my website account? Same name, email address and password. Absolutely baffling.

Doesn’t work, can’t buy tickets. The usual 18th century technology from DSB.

The worst app ever

It’s easier to solve the DaVinci code than booking a ticket via this app. A horrible experience.
