International transfer

For two days in a row I have attempts to make an International transfer of $2500 only to get the error message "Something went wrong. Try again later" Very disappointing service!

Disappointing app

Hard to search and book with frequent performance issues

Good app but wrong travel dates

The app is good. Lots of features. But it constantly shows the wrong dates for my reservation.

crashes constantly

When it works, it is fine - especially if you know where you want to up front. But looking at different properties frequently results in a crash on my iPad. In fact, I have had to reboot my device to get the app to not spontaneously close. It has even failed in the middle of booking a room.

Glitches

Love Relais & Chateau but the app is a little glitchy. (iPhone 14 pro)

Previous reviewer was correct. App hasn’t been maintained over the past year and now won’t even open.

App is not maintained well and therefore contains inaccurate information that no one oversees.

Great resource

We use this app where ever we go and always find great restaurants and hotels.

Difícil achar os hotéis

Mapa pequeno, localização no mapa ruim, aparece o ícone mas não o nome do hotel. Poderia melhorar
