I have been using Glenn’s recording for years and they are definitely state of the art in quality and effectiveness. You may access to all GH recordings through this app (in app purchases), not only “relax and sleep well”. Whatever your issue, you will find a recording that will address it. Highly recommended.

Même si je n’apprécie trop la fonçons de parler qui le paraît un peu « too much » les séances font leur effet alors j’adore! 💜 J’aimerais cependant savoir s’il y a des « packs ou combo ou forfaits » parce que si je dois acheter 140 séances à 3,49 ça fait un gros budget! 😳Merci 🌿
La voix de Glenn Harold fonctionne très bien pour recevoir les suggestions souhaitées, son anglais et son élocution sont parfaits posés et très compréhensibles. plusieurs programmes permettent un endormissement agréable. Au réveil, le matin je me sens bien, détendu et reposé alors que je dors peu.

Cette application est parfaite pour qui souhaite se relaxer ou faire le vide quelque temps. Les fichiers sont en anglais mais le débit est suffisamment lent pour que l'on comprenne sans problème. Je recommande vivement cette application.
Pas extraordinaire
Ayant de lourds problèmes de sommeil depuis quelques années, je n'avais trouvé aucune vraie solution avant cette hypnose. Ca va plus loin que l'endormissement; je me réveille fraîche, de bonne humeur, "réparée", un vrai miracle...
