I have been looking for a good meditation app for some time and am so happy I found this one. I tried the free meditations and found them so relaxing and exactly what I've been looking for. I am now slowly building up my collection as he has so many different meditations to chose, he just about covers everything you can imagine. I feel the meditations are really beneficial to me....I sleep so much better at night and feel more energized in the day after a meditation. I suffer from anxiety and this has helped tremendously, no medication required.
