After installing the latest update, I can’t access the app, because I receive the following error: “The date and time of your mobile device is I correct. To continue, correct the date and time of your mobile device’s settings.” The date and time of my mobile phone are correct. Have re-installed the app and re-started my phone, but still keep getting the error. I use an iPhone with the latest iOS settings. Can you look into this bug please?

Interface facile d’utilisation et fonctionnelle, mais il n’y a toujours pas de bouton permettant de changer le statut de présence/absence, car le rayon de géofencing est limité à 400 ou 500 km ce qui rend impossible la mise en route à distance en cas de voyage lointain ☹️☹️☹️😣 d’où la notation à 3 étoiles.

When logging in App either freezes or leads to blank white screen.

The unit losses the WiFi connection even when the connection to everything else around is still working good with no loss of connection. Then it’s a pain having to reset the unit each time. So the geofencing is unusable. Lyric T6.

Sehr unzuverlässig. Startet oft nicht richtig. Skala der Temperatur und der Luftfeuchtigkeit lässt sich nicht nach Zeitraum verändern. Hatte mit der Lyric App viel weniger Abstürze. Häufige Mails wegen Wartungsarbeiten an ihren Servern und damit verbundene Downtimes. Schade.

Mühsame konfiguration, weil die richtige app und vorgehensweise nicht angegeben sind.

...once you find the instructions. I inherited one from a previous owner. 4/5 stars because on-screen guidance for wifi connectivity could be better, and because it’s not clear if you can sign up for an account on Honeywell’s page (whose signup mechanism is downright satanic) or only via the app.

Worse app, some time gets stuck. Sometimes it works & sometime it doesn’t, also very slow to update.
