Upgrade had only gotten worse
The first app by lyric was really bad and now Resideo seems to be even worse. Does not even load up efficiently.

On the iPhone stuck on creating new home and on the thermostat shows to register online but it takes me to the app. Can’t connected I tried with 2 iPhones. 11 pro and 12 pro max.

Worse app, some time gets stuck. Sometimes it works & sometime it doesn’t, also very slow to update.
won’t stay wifi connected
Keeps dropping off wi-fi connection. PITA to keep dealing with. Didn’t have this problem with Norton Bridge system

Why do you bury the remote air sensors within the app?
Making it hard to view the remote air sensors within the app completely defeats the purpose of even having them.
DO NOT BUY! Worst log in experience ever! I have to log in every time to open it. BROKEN!!!
Honeywell thermostat but Resideo has responsibility for this useless app. Every week, the log in will just stop working and I’ll have to re-log in. FaceID is not remembered. But worse yet, neither is the password. I have to reset it every single time, and I can re-use the same password because it doesn’t remember anything. I bought two of Honeywell’s most expensive thermostats that are required to be installed by a professional. They seem to work fine, but are totally ruined by this app. Now I wish I had stuck with Nest or Ecobee, this is that bad. And Resideo support is of zero help. TOTAL FAIL.
Thermostat on app screen slow updating
Their technical support cannot fix the issue. They don't know why it takes 20 seconds for the thermostat details to update on the app screen when opening the app. big delay. If you force close, it immediately updates. All troubleshooting they've suggested doesn't work. Been an issue for YEARS!!!
