Slow and full of technical errors

I think every users facing different technical difficulties, dumb app.

Apps no response

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling, the apps just hang there ! 😓

Don’t install , unable to login

Always white screen when open the app . After delete and reinstall the app, unable to login, always pop up message “you still login in on another iOS device, please logout before login this device “. If I can logout(white screen), do I need to reinstall the app ? Big company ,but worst app .

Please Help to log out my previous RWG app

Dear technical team, I was accidentally remove/delete the RWG app without log out in my IOS device. When I reinstall the app, I unable to log in. Thanks Wong Fook Yuen

Frustration Galore - A User's Nightmare

My experience with the RWS app has been extremely disappointing. Despite numerous attempts, I've consistently encountered login issues. Even after resorting to the "forgot password" option, I never received any SMS to reset my password, rendering the feature useless. The messenger chat box, intended for support, proved utterly ineffective as it only engaged with a bot, failing to address my concerns. It's evident that the app developer and the bot's functionality are subpar, leading to a frustrating user experience. Overall, it's a super lousy app with significant login flaws and an unhelpful chat feature.
