I will ask for a option to go faster if your iPhones safety screen lock is on for the use of a Shortcut on the Screensaver!!! That the ReSound Smart 3D app more user friendly is. Sometimes I found somethings are wrong by times as connections via hearing aid and tv-streamer and it disconnect by times, but if you go on the app, it is freeze and you must swap out the app to refresh and sometimes you cannot go out the app to refresh it.

As a Double Hearing Impaired Individual, i am highly dependent on The App in terms of Work. From 3 Different Phones, the same Connectivity issue repeats itself on my Linx3D. Maybe it’s time to Move over to Sonic Hearing Aids.

At last a helpful aid to help me hear better and a great staff to assist me when I need it 🦅®️

First time having hearing aids but they really are great, I would recommend resound to anyone I know. 😊

Phone often drops one or both devices. Must use phone “settings” to get to “hearing devices” to reconnect. Time consuming, but the instruments work well except in the wind.

I keep having issues getting connected to my iPad even if I turn off my iPhone Bluetooth and turn it off I still can’t get my hearing aids to connect to my iPad

Loved the Resound aids but can not use with any consistency because the app is so frustratingly awful!

I am so enjoying how easy it is to maintain a nice level of hearing. I never have anyone ask if that’s a hearing aid in my ear. No one notices it! Easy to maintain and keep clean!

Like I said before the App. turns off. Even with a newer phone it still happens. What do I need to do to fix this problem?? It’s frustrating Thank-you Marty Peschek..,

Doesn’t always work, today I was missing the main channel, had to reinstall probably the 20th time. Frustrating
