problem with App after latest IOS release

• Adjust volume of your optionally acquired ReSound streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Monitor the battery status of your rechargeable hearing aids
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Select Nature Sounds (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)

Resound Smart 3D cannot loading.
Resound Smart 3D cannot loading? I do redo again many times
Terrible app
When connected it works perfectly- Howevr, most times it is not able to detect the hearing aids even if they are so close to the device. This app needs to be improved. Very disappointing.
No response to my iPhone iOS 14.2

Worst hearing aid app
I’ve been using resound Quattro 9 for a year. Horrible experience with the app. 1. Every time my phone auto lock, the app disconnect with my hearing aids. How are we suppose to keep the app screen open and shiny for long hours, and everyone sitting beside us can see that we are using a hearing aid?!!! 2. When watching YouTube or listening to music, want to adjust like increasing treble or something, same issue, once you leave the app, it return to the default all-around. 3. Forever slow to connect or needs multiple times to connect even after multiple updates. 4. Never able to use on Apple Watch as same as point 1., need to keep the app open and phone screen never go into lock mode in order to use it on Apple Watch. Resound you are a total disappointment. Will consider to change to other brand.

App failure
Recently the app has started losing my favorite settings. Again and again. Very frustrating!!!!! Now the recent update has me signing the consent documents again and again every few days.
Doesn’t really work with Apple Watch
Even though there’s an option for the Apple Watch, it only works if you have the app open on your phone, which makes the watch app pointless.
Connectivity Tip
My new Nexias were disconnecting from the Smart 3D app (and my Apple Watch) whenever the Smart 3D app was running in the background on my iPhone or if the phone auto-locked. If I reopend the Smart 3D app, the hearing aids reconnected, but sometimes slowly or not at all. Having to frequently reconnect my hearing aids to the app was frustrating. However, I resolved the problem by deselecting the “Optimize MFi Connection” (in the “More” menu). Now, my Nexias quickly and seamlessly connect to the Smart 3D app when I first open it in the morning, and they remain connected while it runs in the background.
