I am using this hearing aid for the last 5 years. Bought it from KRISHNA SPEECH CENTRE ( SHIVAM SINGH ) Varanasi Excellent device with clearity ..on calls , not visible and has a long battery life ,would recommend to any very one with hearing loss .After an Audiometry test one can order a perfect hearing aid matched to suit you plus has an app in Apple Store which one can install on the phone and adjust it accordingly Dr Sanjiv K Singh Varanasi
In Apple Watch, this software will not work independently. It is a that strange that I should open this app in iPhone and keep the display ON then only it works in Apple Watch for sound increase and decrease. If this is the case then what is the use of installing app in Apple Watch. Please make independent software it should work in Apple Watch as it helps us to increase or decrease the volume without using iPhone every time. Otherwise this app is very good and stable.
I use Resound Omnia RIE 9 hearing aid with smart 3D app. I am unable to find check my fit feature in my app. Please help me find it.
I purchased Omnia 7 rechargeable in Jan 2023 along with new iPhone 14 plus. Had iPhone XR which did not support hands free calling due to which had to purchase 14 plus. In the last two to three months, my hearing aids auto restart whenever an audio phone call or WhatsApp audio or video call is terminated. This has been a big headache. HAs were sent to service Center to diagnose the issue but in vain. Issue symbol persists. Can you please help me fix this issue? What should be done?
My hearing aids are in use since April 2018. Battery chamber has gone loose very often and needed repair.It has gone for warranty as well as paid repairs many times. After last repair in January/February 2023 so far battery chambers are generally working okay. I am using ReSound 312 Battery and notice that Battery Life witch use to be earlier 60 to 90 hours is now hardly 30/50 hours. ReSound do not have any repair center in India therefore I had to send the hearing aids for repair to USA by courier and at times encounter problem with Indian customs.
Earlier iphone connectivity was far better when notifications comes notifications volume was equal when hearing aid connected or disconnected bt now when hearingaid is connected media is on hearing aid notification sound on phn is low as mute .. this make me irritate when we use media see insta fb nd then every time i use to disconect my hearing aid soo when notifications come i get alert otherwise many issue comes in my life

Unable to understand properly conversation so become unsocial non responsive donot like my presence there. Even in small drawing room of other persons no TV only fan unable often to understand conversation properly partly i understand
Team , Are you already ready to release updated version app in compatibly with updated IOS 16 version ?
