Doesn’t know the basics of how to prefill a phone number from France using 0 with a +33. Developers are probably just starting career and what to say about password reset which simply doesn’t work. … simply runaway !!!

Can’t modify a reservation that was made five minutes ago, even though it isn’t for six hours later. I wanted to push it back or at least see if it is possible to make it a half hour later. Not a helpful app.
I love Resy so much. It gives me a presidential feel as if I am royal well duh I am lol when I walk in any restaurant and says reservations I feel so wealthy!
I downloaded the app last night. This morning when I woke up I had a text from ‘resy.com’ offering me remote work. All I needed to do was click the link or call the number listed. Clearly my personal information was compromised the app has been deleted!
Unable to find Resy At home through the app while its blog says it’s available.
Why is this app such a piece of garbage?
Neither the app — nor the website — will work for me at all. Totally non-responsive. I (on my own, as Resy “support” is zero help) figured out that it seems to be something about my WiFi or i.p. address, because if either use data or someone else’s secure WiFi, it works fine. But I’m not having problems with any other websites or reservation apps. I’ve passed all this info along plus more to Resy, and keep getting prompt and polite “we’ll get get back to you very soon” responses…but they never actually do so, and nothing improves (except for one *fleeting*, faux-“Eureka” moment where I was able to get in briefly after restarting my router). At this point I don’t expect they’ll ever proactively send a response, let alone solve the problem. Hard to believe American Express owns or endorses something with such abysmal, zero-follow-through tech support.
