Tracking meals, exercise and weight keeps me on track. Recipes are yummy and pretty straightforward.
I don’t remember signing up for this program and shame on me for not looking at my credit card balance, but apparently I did and got renewed automatically. My CS agent, Xelle, convinced me to extend to a no additional cost lifetime membership, so I guess I’m staying, although I’m not sure why I just didn’t get offered that at the beginning (again, I don’t remember even signing up and paying). So far I’m a little frustrated that the app is pretty simple and doesn’t allow me to adjust my personal protein goals, but we’ll see if it actually works for weight loss. But Xelle was very nice.
The absolute worst app you could ever buy. DO NOT give the credit card information as they will not honor a refund!
There is no trial period and if the meal plans don’t work for you, too bad. They only have w so many recipes. I did the “swap” option several times, and was told “there are no other options”. Good luck if you want to cancel. I’m a semi- vegetarian who eats fish. The meal plans were either 100% fish or 100% veg. When I said this didn’t work for me, they told me to just add some fish to the veggie plans. So I am just making up my own meal plan then. What is the point of your app? No refund unless I could prove I was following their plan that DID NOT FIT INTO MY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. Don’t be fooled.
Today I had the pleasure of working with Kristie and Caroline. I wasn't sure this was the program for me, but after hours of emails they convinced me to give this program a try . Thanks for your help !
They were willing to refund my subscription after I bought and quickly saw that it wasn’t a fit for me.
The recipes are boring and repetitive. It is not intuitive with the maps workouts and face book group. It’s all over the place. Most frustrating, this is a predatory app , meaning, they will NOt remind you the auto charge is coming up and then they will not refund if you contact them within immediately. It’s like they know it is the only way to swindle another $99 out of your wallet. I would have cancelled if I could now I will have to wash another 6 months. Just pass on those one.
Only been two weeks. As I explore the app I am seeing that it is easy to navigate and well organized. Everything that I need to follow the program is in it and tracking features as well. So far the program seems to be what I was looking for. I am not following the program 100% yet so time will tell if it helps me to lose weight, but I feel better already, so I am hopeful.
I downloaded this app and was very hopeful that it would help me. However, days after my husband and I became the guardians of our autistic grandson. This requires a lot of my time and energy everyday. As time went on, I actually forgot about the app and the renewal that would come in 6 months. I was charged the $99 renewal fee and was so upset. I never got a reminder email or text, only a new charge. I cancelled my renewal so it wouldn’t happen again and emailed customer service. I was given an opportunity to receive 50% of my refund. At this time, every dollar makes a huge difference for my family. I asked once again if my issue could be explained to the management team to receive 100% refund. That’s when I received an email from Caroline. She said that she petitioned to the financial team for a full refund and it was approved. While I can’t really rate the app services, I can definitely rate the customer service department and to them I give 5 stars.
