I’m currently having fund transfer issue that Rhb call center can’t even solve the matter. I advice for everyone not to use and do business with RHB Bank ever.
So apparently I have to make a choice. I can only use the app either for personal account or company account. Some uncultured staff even suggested me to buy another new phone solely for the purpose of logging in to my company account. Does it make sense to you? RHB app Developer Team, why is the system so detrimental? Isn’t your app supposed to make things simpler and make life easier? Isn’t that’s the purpose of tech in first place? And there is a lot miscommunication. Staff said ‘RHB Now’ has been discontinued? But do they realise I am still using it for my company account as of the time I'm writing this? The most frustrating part is that I can’t activate secure plus on RHB Now. Which capped my company account transactions below RM 10K. PLEASE SIT DOWN AND IMAGINE THE INCONVENIENCE. AS A COMPANY ACCOUNT, I can’t transact more than 10k?! Rendered it useless. What were you thinking when the team decided the app can only be use exclusively for only personal or only company? Seriously, up the game.
FPX always asks me for push notification or scan&sign and I can never do both, all the headache for trying to do an online transaction!
I been told to give my feedback about my rating which was 1 star. But I couldn’t find my original review. I won’t download and use this app again. Endless authentication code required. I would like to pay more than 10k but been tried too many times still the app can not detected to my device. I gave up at the end and would rather to split the payment to many times but 9,999.
To start using the app, you need to accept the terms and conditions. However, the button to submit acceptance cannot be activated.
