New version doesn't support for iPhone 5S, but allows us to install. Wasting time. How are we going to make transaction while we are forced to use this app? My other bank's app doesn't has this problem. Time to quit from RHB bank!
This app is not supported on iPhone 14 pro. The buttons are obscured and very fiddly. Sometimes the buttons work and sometimes not. Insanely frustrating when banking is not child’s play. How can a billion dollar company not do a proper app.

Every word is a waste for this sub standard app. Better change bank than using this app.
I have been RHB customer for many years. I find it difficult to do online banking from overseas.I’m in Sydney and couldn’t even sign in using username n password that I have been using. I tried calling customer service but never seem to reach. Very inconvenient and wish I could travel to KL just to terminate my account and shift to another bank.what a poor unfriendly service
There appears to be just no way to activate SecurePlus in your mobile app - the instructions keep saying click on the SecurePlus icon on the homepage when no such icon even exists even after multiple updates! Imagine having to make endless RM9999 transfers to move funds between banks! I seriously wonder why do you even bother with it - other banks I deal with have no such nonsense, and transactions have been secure enough as far as I can tell.
