This is the worst taxi service I have ever thought of using. It cancelled at exactly 7:25 am when I had to leave for the interview
Most
type in the postcode I need and it’s not an option, “no we’ll pick you up from another place” 🤣 just crazy how every map can register a postcode bar theirs, needs to be better than this
Apparently I get charged £4 extra then normal because the driver decided to take the long route. Pretty sure it’s illegal to be on your phone whilst driving but the driver I had is happily obeying the law. No communication about extra cost just say one thing then charge the other without saying anything. Since it got changed from delta to ride it has gone downhill not a happy bunny
DON’T tell me a ride is 12 mins away to get me to book only to find out the actual ride is 45 mins away. When you’re stuck due to a train fire and need to get home, that’s a really unwelcome surprise. Usually great service close to home around Burnley, just don’t service Manchester if you can’t be honest.
They over changing me when the app says £14 and they want me to pay £20 I’m not going to use these again
Just got a taxi from Nelson to Burnley return and the driver WM15 FSN Was absolutely fantastic he was not rude, and engaged in conversation with us, shame more taxi drivers are not like him, so many times got a rude obnoxious man driver and when I’m alone makes me feel uncomfortable and that’s not on… honestly he was brilliant
We have just got a taxi and the driver could have got us to our destination a lot quicker but he was too busy on his phone on loud speaker during our full trip his taxi number was 211 registration number BL65 TXB I did explain I thought he was out of order and he sped off as I was taking the picture of his registration number. We use you on a very regular basis and your service is always spot on.
I tried to order a taxi via the app, after 30 minutes waiting for a driver I cancelled my booking and my alternative arrangements. An hour later I received multiple calls harassing me from the driver but I was no longer at that location as I had cancelled the booking. I received an email receipt saying I had been charge £20 and the booking had been completed. Drivers are lying about bookings and collecting fares for journeys that don’t happen. I have tried to get in contact to discuss this without any luck.
