I CANT LOGIN AND CANT CHANGE FOR NEW PASSWORD PLEASE FIX THE APP !!

Only support IOS 15 above* how about device system lower than IOS 15? Same issues when UXX bank updated their mobile app, which leads to an issue user can’t access their acc via app. However UXX bank able to resolve the issue within three days.

Overall App experience is satisfactory. Please add feature to delete or edit the tabung

This app is underwhelming

Created the account and top up the account to activate it automatically. While waiting for the process, got a message saying that application was unsuccessful and they cannot offer me any account. But at the same time the fund was deducted from my bank account to top up this account. I was informed that its because I used another digibank to transfer the fund hence why my account could not be activated. Was advised to top up using another bank so the account will be activated automatically but nothing happened. Probably need to set up the system to reject fund transferred from digibanks instead of receiving the fund. Customer service took so long to reply and said that manual activation needed to be done but manual activation seems to take forever. Rize has been around for more than a year and yet the problem still persist. Its frustrating that money is taken and access to it is denied.

Suck app. Keep fail to reload to tabung. Log in also take few times to enter.

Really really bad customer service, already emailed few times no respond at all. Already topup to activate account long time ago but still cant use and asking to topup again. What a bad app ever, regret to download and even waste my money to register account.

Have inquiry regarding deposit money but still pending on transfer button.

Cannot login. After successfully completing face recognition, I was prompted to enter my username. Despite entering my correct username, a pop-up appeared stating 'incorrect login details.' I then attempted to recover my username by selecting 'forgot username' and entering my phone number. However, the app displayed an error message stating 'unknown type: forgottenpasswordrequestinput.' I tried contacting customer service but received no answer. As a result, I am still unable to log into my account, which is frustrating and disappointing.
