Tuning is very basic. Doesn’t give you high and low speed compression tuning. The ability to view previous serial numbers or save your equipment would make life easier.

Not bad - no rear shock tuning advice though

Not bad but why is there no tuning advice for rear shocks? Seems a little silly to only be able to offer advice for 1/2 of the suspension.

Good but could be better if can save fork

Pain that need to input fork serial number every time want info. If option to save fork and rider details then would get 4 stars as useful repository of info

Great. Needs more

It’s great. Works as it should. Defiantly needs a way of Storing your fork instead of having to type it in each time. Another feature that would be great would be one for the rear shock also. Be nice to see some rider Recommend settings to with a way to possibly share your settings via the app with people who run the same fork. Other than that so far I love it and really helps me get base settings for my bikes.

Very poor app! tells you all the information on the fork but doesn’t allow you to open the tuning option and every time I want to use the app I have to type in the serial number! 100% needs a update

Pointless

2020/21 35 Silver - enter the serial number for it to tell me what the fork is (I know that!) but you can’t click to tune them - so what’s the point!?

Absolute pants

Crap - put my fork serial number in and it told me what type of fork I had (obviously I already knew that!) but wouldn’t give me any tuning details - waste of time - their website is more user-friendly.

Waaaaaasaaaaaaaaay out

2020 Lyrics. App says 117psi and -7rebound Literally would not move. 70psi and much slower rebound later we have 30% sag

Poor app in desperate need of an update

The app needs your shock serial to work. It won't accept my brand new SID ultimate MY21 as it doesn't correctly list the damper in manual select mode. And if the app restarts, it forgets your shock. Back to putting the serial in after wiping the mud off your fork crown to find it. Oh and I have 2 bikes. So you have to renter any time you swap. Hopeless.

Stupidly frustrating

You need your shocks serial number but you can’t store it so you have to type it in every time. Why you can’t save your forks I don’t know? It also has a confusing list of possible upgrades that make it hard to see what’s available. I wanted to find the part number for the new upgrade for the left fork but it was nigh on impossible. Simple changes could make it much more useful.
