Sensor firmware

Hi, I can’t update my firmware, I’m pressing the field, arrow itself and nothing

Great bike can’t fault it makes riding anywhere a breeze especially up hill if there’s any shortfall it would only be for more speed 🚴🏾‍♂️

Absolute rubbish

I bought an expensive cannondale bike, bought the attachments and phone case to use this app and I can’t even create an account. Keep getting error 500 saying unable to contact server. What a total waste of money and scam.

Wheel sensor etc

Tried updating the wheel sensor to 4.0.0. With fresh battery, connected with Bluetooth, spun wheel, downloaded updated software, but after sensor rebooting, it still says there is something wrong, and to try again. Several attempts later, no update and continued error message. Then I thought, why would I want to use this app anyway, when I record everything on Garmin head unit, and uploading to Strava. Removed sensor from wheel, (tempted to dispose of it), reclaimed new battery to use elsewhere.

More stable and reliable after the recent update

I was frustrated about the wheel sensor and app in the beginning. I couldn't be syncing the devices. The recent redesign of the app and firmware update for the sensor fixed the issues I had. Thank you for keeping improving this app and firmware.

Became useless with update.

After recent update this was no longer a use in background app. Always having to stop and start rides, why bother? Get Strava, this is pointless. I will be binning the wheel sensor. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬👍👍

Dysfunctional garbage

Struggled to scan the barcode - it just wouldn’t recognise it at all. Also, for some reason, it will scan the QR code on top of your bike and tell you it doesn’t recognise the number, when you actually need the barcode under the crank. Still have no idea whether my warranty is registered or not. The ride tracking etc seems pointless - why would I do that through this app instead of through proper fitness apps? Not impressed at all - feels more or less pointless.

Can’t give it zero

Since latest update it recognises my cannondale speed sensor but cannot connect it, hence now not recording mileage. Not the sensor as this works with my garmin edge. Have disabled all other Bluetooth devices have put phone into flight mode etc as instructed. Sort it out Cannondale, pathetic

Useless

This app hasn’t worked since I purchased the bike. Fails to connect to my bike, doesn’t upload the rides to the ride history. Just not fit for purpose

Broken since Oct 2020

Cannot sync since Oct 2020. Support desk cannot help, just offer excuses. App requires location to be always on. Given incompetence of developers, I am not at all confident that my location data is safe.
