Best high-end streaming app
There is nothing more to add - it’s definitely the best music app in the market when it comes to high end audio.
Regelmäßiger Neustart nötig
Bezieht sich auf ein Ipad Air 4 mit via USB-C angeschlossenem DAC, wenn das Ipad als Player verwendet wird. Wenn sich die Bitrate ändert, wenn bei einem Track eine Pause gemacht wird….es gibt verschiedenste Gründe. Entweder gibt das Ipad keinen Ton mehr wieder obwohl der Titel spielt oder die App friert ein. Nach Neustart der App wird das iPad oft erst nach mehreren Versuchen als Player erkannt, dazwischen immer wieder Abstürze der App. Das unabhängig davon ob ein DAC angeschlossen ist oder nicht. Als reine Fernbedienung für einen anderen Roon Endpoint keine Probleme.
Ständige Abstürze
Seit Wochen stürzt die App spätestens alle 30 Sekunden ab. Auf dem iPhone 11Pronicht zu verwenden!
Mac OSx connectivity a problem
Last several months have had big problems with Roon Core on MacMini connecting with Lumin U2 Mini on same network. Often have to turn off private relay and/or reset and reboot local network settings for app. Today my IOS app won’t connect to the MacMini core. Coincidence that today I was charged my annual $150….ugh. Not happy with all of the work required to make it function.
Please enable dark mode icon on iPad. And release iPad ARC.
Love the whole ecosystem otherwise. Lifetime license owner. I preach the Church of Roon to all who will listen.
Version 1470 crashes a lot
On my latest version of iPad os, every time I click on the three dots details button of a track, it crashes. Happens to all tracks.
Two flaws:
1. The Dark Mode icon is not working in iPadOS. 2. Not accessible for non-visual users who need keyboard navigation.
Works great on iPhone and does not work at all on new iPads pro
This app works great on my iPhone, but it is a complete failure on the new iPad Pro (11”) do not know why is this happening, how Roon can fix it or if it is an issue of the iPad that apple solves it, it is very frustrating.
