Has some bugs
Please correct the following bug: Listen to something like a podcast on iPhone, switch to Roon App for remote use, switch back to audio playing app and boom! The audio level is 100% ! This is a bug and reproducible. Please fix this!

Hervorragendes System für Audio und Hi-Fi Liebhaber
Ich nutze Roon jetzt schon seit mehr als zwei Jahren. Es gibt wenige Systeme, die mich bis heute so überzeugen, wie das Roon System. Mein Server läuft auf einem (schnelleren) NAS. Zur Wiedergabe nutze ich verschiedene Lautsprecher und HiFi Komponenten. Vorteile: Server Dienst läuft lokal und sehr stabil Hervorragende Soundqualität Hinzufügen von eigener Musik von CDs ohne Qualitätsverlust Optionale vollständige Integration verschiedener Musik Streamingdienste Hervorragende EQ Dienste Fernzugriff auf die Bibliothek … Nachteile oder mögliche Verbesserungen: Einspielen externer Audioquellen etwas aufwändig Zeitweise sind nicht alle Audio Wiedergabegeräte in der App sichtbar (meistens das iOS Handy) Delay Ausgleich, um Laufzeiten verschd. Lautsprecher ausgleichen zu können. Fazit: Top System was seinen hohen Preis aber Wert ist. Ich würde mir eine gleichwertige Lösung für Filme wünschen. Die habe ich bis heute nicht gefunden. Nachtrag: Wenn ich unterwegs mit dem iPhone über VPN auf meinen Roon Server zugreife, wird das iPhone oft nicht als Audio Gerät angezeigt. Damit kann ich unterwegs nicht auf meine Bibliothek zugreifen. Ein Zugriff über ARC ist für mich keine Option.
Beste App zur Musikverwaltung für HighRes Audio
Ideal für das Entdecken neuer Musik. Beste Verwaltung und Übersicht, wenn man ein hochwertiges HiFi-System nutzt und Qobuz und/oder Tidal nutzt. Läuft bei mir auf einem hochwertigen Musikserver (Silent Angel Rhein Z1 Plus). Die Nutzung über minderwertige Geräte (Macbook, PC, etc) ist nicht zu empfehlen, da die Soundqualität dramatisch leidet.

Meilleure app de musique mais.....
Roon est sans doute la plus complète app de musique. Elle fait presque tout.... trop même! Et les programmeurs sont un peu dépassés. Il sort sans cesse de nouvelles versions mais de nouveaux problèmes aussi! Trop de bugs. Il faudrait que les mises à jour soient moins fréquentes mais mieux testées. Roon pourrait être fantastique.

Far from perfect
I use Roon in my NAS. But the app in the phone is a pain. Here are the roons of improvement : If I listen to it via my headphones in the app, it cuts with a call and doesn't play again, even when the phone isn't answered. Each time I open the app, the whole interface reloads and I waste time for it to figure it all out. This info should be cached. This happens with calls, using a different app etc etc. Because it's not integrated well enough into the iPhone interface, I can't simply press play in the pull down quick menu. That would be great quick fix. It would be nice to have swipe to skip. I miss the rating element of recommended music. Please bring that back. I find navigating the app cumbersome. The new updated app I can't even play or use for some reason. The play button no longer works... It is a light violet colour for some reason. Cant skip, just play a song if I click on it.
