Very bad
This app is getting worse and worse. Since the last update, keeps on going back to the home page, even if you are listening to an album. Leave your phone, and when you are back the app switch to home page . Horrible

Hardware sehr gut, Software absoluter Schrott
Unglaublich wie man an so einer ausgezeichneten Hardware, so eine Schrott-App an Software ausliefern kann.
Lack of stability and disconnections
This app could be very frustrating. Sometimes it refuses to connect to my uniti because another client seems to be connected… but none is connected. Since some times I have to connect at least once per week to my tidal account, this problem never occurred before. In tidal very often it refuse to play the chosen album or playlist… There’s huge potential for improvement.
Love Naim App
Works perfect with my Unifi Router
Very unstable
I am experiencing a lot of problems with the newest version of the app: freezing, plays only first title of a list… difficulties in connecting with Unity Core… I‘m using a 3ND5XS connected by wire to my router; iPhone 13 with newest iOS, updated App., Internet via optical cable with 220 Mbps. I feel this is not worthy of NAIM, sorry!
Unreliable and not user friendly
Incredibly dated looking app which integrates very poorly with Tidal (you can’t log into the Tidal section in the app, only create an account) and the app frequently loses connection to the Muso, even if it’s playing! Ten years ago we’d accept apps like this as nothing was slick or attractive, but this is terrible. It’s also not particularly intuitive and there’s a lot of empty space on pages. Surely it can cheaply and quickly be improved? Just take a look at Sonos and others. Your equipment leads the field. So shouldn’t your app too?
Super App und Gerät
Wir haben einen Naim Uniti Nova und sind mit dem Gerät und der App sehr zufrieden. Alles funktioniert perfekt und der Ton auf unseren Piega Lautsprechern ist hervorragend. Wir können Naim sehr empfehlen.
Une honte
Cela fait fait 10 ans que j’utilise cette application horrible. Si je n’avais pas investi autant d’argent dans mon UnitiLite j’aurais passé à autre chose depuis longtemps. Cette application se déconnecte sans cesse, j’ai sans arrêt des problèmes pour me connecter au NAS. J’utilise également un petit Sonos avec lequel je n’ai aucun problème!

Absolut Spitze
habe absolut keine Probleme mit meinem Mu-So 2: - Verbindungen sind stabil + zuverlässig - streaming funktioniert einwandfrei, egal ob Internetradio, TIDAL, NAS, etc - das einzige, was ich momentan vermisse: eine Suchfunktion innerhalb TIDAL, im NAIM-App bin begeistert!!
