RR: Eating Disorder Management Reviews
Great for anyone
This just feels like it’s suitable for anyone in need of help because of eating disorders because of the puzzles, quotes, beautiful backgrounds, rewards, and coping skills just makes it feel more comfortable and more of a safe space. I love that you can actually get matched with a licensed professional that can help through your struggles. The first 2 days I started feeling sad about my weight, I was the most depressed I’ve been. Since I got this app, I felt a HUGE difference. I know many apps for mental health have expectations for only adult use, but RR feels comfortable for any age
Amazing app
I’ve been using it for about a week and I notice I’m being able to see very clearly some of my pattern behaviors and already starting to develop skills with my therapist through the app. It’s awesome, thank you!
Use in conjunction with an RD
I like this app making me more aware. The questions go below surface level and the little inspirational quotes are definitely helpful. And I like the tools that it mentions. Just for myself, I use this in conjunction with seeing a registered dietitian so that I don’t get too caught up in it and my eating order doesn’t rear It’s ugly head.
This app is great.
I really struggle with some things. I get distracted very easily, setting reminders helps me with my problems and making sure I am doing my best to improve. I really enjoy how you can customize it to your liking. I am embarrassed about my current situation, so having the option for ambiguous notifications is amazing. Instead of saying something obvious, “call mom after lunch” is an amazing alternative.
Really helpful
There is no calorie intake, only friendly questions like what did you eat, how do you feel, did you binge, did you restrict and a lot of opportunities to reflect and write your thoughts. Very helpful for the work with my dietitian since she can see it all too.
Every Day is A New Beginning
I am so glad and eternally grateful for RR! It has made my heart finds its beat and live again with its rhythm! Daily hopefulness and gratitude fill me most days and even on more or less challenging times I feel and know as well as acknowledge my own strengths and efforts to improve upon my life, my health, my mindset.

Effective, supportive, caring ED friendly nutrition app!
This app is for all binge and restrictive eating disorders. My review focuses on using the app while in treatment for anorexia.
I’m in virtual IOP and this app is a game changer … it’s not just a nutrition or food log app. You or your loved one can log triggers, behaviors, before & after photos for clinicians to view, eating behaviors including urge to do “xyz” and a sliding scale for those urges.
I love the use of coping skill education, yellow banners when you restrict “who is driving the bus” and the ability for a team to view an individual’s progress.
If there was a paid version I would purchase right away it is worth it, this app incredibly is free! I’m super grateful to the developers and community who built this app, thank you for making this and I hope it continues to thrive.
Amazing
This app makes me feel confident logging my food and it’s easier then other apps
The best recovery app!
I’m recovering from BED and this app is changing my life. It’s easy to use and everything makes sense. I love that I’m able to log three meals and three snacks, which makes me feel like I’m eating a normal amount of food. I wholeheartedly endorse this app.
Hope
I just started using this app but it is the first time I’ve felt hopeful about being able to heal my relationship with food.
