Only been using this app for a few days but I have to say….it is brilliant!! Very helpful
Shame we can’t have a clinician if not in USA
I’m currently using this app alongside CBT and this is just what the clinician has been asking us to do. I feel more in control knowing that I can tap away on my phone with how I’m feeling when I eat. I hadn’t been writing it down as it was too much like hard work but this is just perfect.
This app is wonderful. For the first time ever, I think I have a chance of recovering from my eating disorder. It was recommended to me by the charity momentum, who are also helping me. They are able to link on to Recovery record and send me guidance through the app itself. It is so encompassing, every angle of the disorder is tackled. I just love the picture rewards that I get for monitoring my food. I am so grateful that this app exists.

This app slayed, there’s so much on their from logging and tracking food to making yourself goals to grounding and meditating and distraction exercises to scrap booking it’s seriously amazing
I love this app that created for people suffering from ED, couple of things could be developed: 1. sometimes there are situations that the keyboard is unable to be used, I could only type the words and paste them in the blanks. this occurs in community, pairing, inviting clinicians interfaces. 2. maybe could the staff make the interface more ethical and engaging? It would definitely improve my motivation to have my things recorded in the app. I mean it is an app that provides psychological support anyway, if it is a bank app, nobody would cares about this, but this is not just about “functioning”.
I haven’t used it for long, a couple of days, but it helps remind me to eat well and *why* I want to have a healthy relationship to food.
This app is amazing it is just what you need if you are feeling out of control with eating and your eating is disordered. It is free and it also has meditations you can use.
