OUR RUN MOTION TEAM

We are a team of running enthusiasts, coaches and elite runners (selected for International competition). We love running on track, road and trail.

• Guillaume Adam is the co-author of a scientific publication at MIT (Boston) on predicting running performances. He finished in the top 50 at the 2019 New York Marathon, with a finishing time of 2:26, and had a stellar career on the track, including a sub-4 minute mile and multiple international vests for France.
As a Certified Coach, he has developed the Artificial Intelligence (AI) that generates your adaptive training plan.

• Romain Adam has a marathon PB of 2:38 and is an expert in startup development. His next challenge: competing in the Paris Marathon, with the RunMotion Coach marathon training plan.

Franchement bien fait. Très utile et agréable. Plan bien détaillé pour la semaine. Petit bémol j’ai l’option gratuite light et je ne sais pas voir le programme de tout le plan. Peut-être que c’est la même chose pour l’abonnement premium

Je sors de mon marathon. Objectif atteint!! )<3h30) J’avais déjà noté l’appli il y a deux ans mais je tenais à remettre à nouveau 5 étoiles . Cette fois j’ai suivi l’entraînement RunMotion en me basant uniquement sur le rhyme cardiaque indiqué car je sortais d’une longue interruption après blessure et mon niveau avait fortement baissé. 11 semaines plus tard, c’est encore une fois , dans le mille ! C’est impressionnant comme courir la toute grande majorité du temps plus lentement que son objectif peut être efficace! J’avais des craintes mais c’est vraiment grâce à l’appli que j’ai pris mon pied à ce marathon : 3h24 avec énormément de plaisir ! Merci et bravo !!
