Complicated…
Used McAfee Safe Family to safeguard an 11 year old daughter with a laptop, mostly for school work but also used for games like Minecraft.
Unable to log in today via the iOS app on my phone. Email address and password used but then the login graphic just keeps spinning. When it finishes, it’s still on the login screen.
Tried resetting password. Still the same.
Tried deleting and reinstalling. Still the same.
When it is working, I have noticed that although I can set internet screen time that blocks the internet browser from connecting to the internet, she can still play online games through apps on her laptop.
Even when internet activity is manually paused, she can still play online games via apps on her laptop but cannot access any webpages through her browser.
I don’t see much point in installing this app when it doesn’t seem to provide the level of control or protection required or often, the ability to actually login!

Great idea if only it worked
When ever you go into try and set restrictions or change anything you get about 2 seconds before it kicks you out and back to the Home Screen. Even an uninstall and reinstall of the app does not stop this from working. Very disappointed
Constantly Closes
Everyone I access the location function the app closes. Waste of time this app
Crashes more than an ancient laptop
The App is a great idea with some great features, however it constantly crashes and I’m unable to use it properly. Tried on three separate iOS devices. Today it has crashed about 30 times whilst I try to enable access to a web address for my child’s home schooling. We gave up in the end.
Frustrating it doesn’t work!

App Quits
I wish I had read the other reviews before paying for this. The app quits whenever I try to use it. It defeats its purpose. It was useful initially when it worked.
