All apps gone?
When you first download the app, nothing in works at all. But soon after, it may take months or days you may lose all your apps. For me, the only apps I has were those that were already pre installed with my phone. But I have seen others lose the APP STORE, which I didn’t even think was remotely POSSIBLE.
Don’t download this app, you gain nothing, and Apple already has these feature in settings.
Although you may panic at the thought of losing your apps you can still save the.
First go to settings.
In settings, go to “screen time”
Under screen time, head to the “content and privacy restrictions” tab
Once your there, head to device administrators
Finally, disable safe family.

Don’t download this app on any apple device, it will cause a lot of frustration and it will make any apple device less secure.

Locked iPad after deleting device
Soooo mad! I had tried setting up my iPad with this awhile back but it wouldn’t work and then all of a sudden the other day it started working but had all my apps locked so I removed the device from the parent side on my phone but my iPad is still locked out!! I tried clicking on the support in the app from the parent side but it doesn’t work! Now all my apps are hidden and I am not Impressed. I want this fixed ASAP!
Crashes
When it works it’s a good program but trying to use the app it crashes all the time. Have to delete and reinstall/log out back in way to much.
Update.
Contacted support they have escalated it and told me not to delete the app until the developer calls or emails. Still can’t use App. It’s included with a paid service so at least I’m not wasting my money on this.
