West of money and space

Doesn’t work it properly

I bought this app to try have control for my iPad kids but when I tried block or allow or create a time limit doesn’t work straight away. Take ages…

Does not work

The product does not work - it it totally unreliable - steer well clear of this product

Doesn’t work properly

Not all of the features work properly, such as adding allowed screen time to devices, which is pretty poor considering how expensive the subscription is. Also, the majority of the apps on the Windows PC I was trying to manage didn’t show up on here. This app is great in theory but still needs a lot of work.

Cancellation

Tried to cancel whilst on the free trial and there is no option to cancel tried to contact someone and no reply in 2 days just hoping they don’t charge me 60 pounds for something I don’t want

Do not download! Will ruin your phone

I decided to re-download and re-subscribe to this as I had read that it had been updated so hoped that previous issues had been resolved. It’s completely ruined my iPhone leaving it unusable! Tried deleting the app and completely removing it, but I’m still unable to use a lot of apps on my phone. My daughters phone has also been effected, but not to the same extent. Do not download this app. It costs a lot of money, instructions aren’t clear and it’s difficult to use. Still awaiting refund

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I downloaded this app but once I’d done that it told me I needed to download more software from a computer that actually changed my operating system. It was not very clear and I accidentally downloaded onto my phone instead of my kids. This locked me out of everything on my phone. I followed the uninstall process and it didn’t work. I called their customer services and they were useless. I was locked out of my phone for 6 days. Customer services kept saying they had to send messages to their engineers who I was told cannot speak to anyone on the phone, it took them 24 hours to reply every time and then just told me to try something I’d already tried. They promised call backs and didn’t give them, and still haven’t given me a solution 8 days later. In the end I took advice from my phone provider and had to delete my entire phone and everything on it and restore from factory settings to get rid of block on my apps and erase that hardware change this had made to my phone. They are refusing to give me a process by which to make a formal complaint - trying to manipulate the situation yet again!

A pointless waste of time and money

Why is this app impossible to use? Why are the features that would make this app serve its purpose not functional?

I like it

I like the app it’s self. Once I figured out how to get premium it have everything I needed from a parental app. But… ever since we’ve downloaded to mine and my 11 year olds phone booth our what’s app have been playing up. We haven’t been receiving messages , messages not sending and voice and video calls cannot be made through what’s app. All was working fine until we downloaded the app! I’ve paid for this month but tempted to find another one that doesn’t interfere like this with apps
