It takes just a few minutes to get started with Santander Mobile Banking.
Already a customer?
• You’ll need your Personal ID, Security Number, phone number and/or email address that you’ve registered with us.
• Open the app, select ‘Log on’ and enter your details
If you’ve forgotten any details or have any issues logging in, please see our help guides at www.santander.co.uk/personal/support/ways-to-bank/on-your-mobile
New to Santander?
• You can open a Personal Current Account using our app. For other types of account, please visit www.santander.co.uk.
• Simply open the app and select ‘New Customer’.
• You’ll need a U.K. Driving Licence or U.K. passport, if you don’t have either of these you can open an account at www.santander.co.uk or by contacting us.
• We’ll guide you through the application process to set up your account.
This is a new process so there's currently some restrictions. We’re hoping to include more account types and I.D. options soon.
Once set up be sure to allow ‘push notifications’ to see messages from us on your phone’s home screen.
Remember:
• Never share a One Time Passcode (OTP) or your Security Number with anyone. Not even a Santander employee.
• Santander will never call to ask to log on to your mobile device or computer, or ask you to download any type of software.
Interest rates within our App Store images are for visual purposes and may not be the latest rates.

Santander Mobile Banking will not run on devices that have been jailbroken.
Please make sure you have the latest Apple software on your phone so that our app runs smoothly. Your device will need to be running iOS version 13 or above to use this app. If you are unable to update to this version, please log on to Santander Online Banking at www.santander.co.uk to access your accounts.

Santander the worst bank in the world
I have had over 30 hours of phone calls to obtain a very small ammount of money in Peru. I have over 300000.00£ in my current account and yet I am unable to accesses 2000£. This problem has been continuing for over 10 days and sometimes I spend 8 hours a day phoning you people to access my money. I have been called by your security team, your fraud squad ans your international banking teams and as yet you can’t give me my money You say it is for my security and you have made my life so secure that I cannot pay for my education or food currently. I am shocked and horrified at the amount of security I have passed and simply because my aim card does not work in this country, I cannot get my money. I will need to receive aproximatwly 1000£ in compensation for the time, hotel bills, phone calls, transport to ensure I have perfect internet so you do not just hang up as it is hard to hear me. The stress, tears and consistent emotional stress you have caused me is untold. I will expect to be fully compensated for the days you have created problems in my life.
