Not user friendly. Please add an option where you can enter a booking code/order number and it brings up your order and tickets on the app(Deutsche Bahn has this). Not everyone purchases their tickets on the app (so not everyone has a login) and as the pdf tickets are hard to understand its is very confusing to know where you need to go when…this is especially important if you have multiple transfers and you are not familiar with the city/train station.
