Very easy to use app with fast and clear results. I like being able to do this in the comfort of my home.

App used to be good

They removed the ai feature and now any scans you do have to be sent to one of their drs. I liked having the option of sending it as a second opinion and don’t love that they removed the ai feature bc I felt it was very helpful for someone like me which health anxiety.

Definitely put my mind at ease.

I have a tendency to be very anxious and worry over any skin changes. I had a spot that looked odd and it showed the spot to be slightly concerning. The doctor got back to me within minutes and both times the doctor said her opinion was it wasn’t concerning to them but to do a couple things and check back in a few weeks. Have an appointment for early December. But will continue to use this app for piece of mind!

Extremely helpful

I have used this app twice to analyse my nevus, which has come out as a melanocytic nevus (benign), and has been cross checked and confirmed by my physician. The doctors that I have spoken to in this app have both been extremely professional and helpful. This app is a great way to connect to a doctor with just $35 USD, must use!

Quick and Easy

I had a spot on my calf that was a litttle scaly and trying to find a dermatologist appointment is incredibly difficult in smaller cities as many go to bigger markets. Submission was easy and I was able to find out via the photo that it was a benign lesion and not really a mole. The joys of aging!!

Cannot get camera to focus

Courtney4367732 on

United States

Having already had melanoma and surgeries for them both, I am trying to find a way to keep track of these between 3 month check-ins. Unfortunately, I cannot get the camera to focus at all no matter what I do or what lighting is used. It’s very frustrating because I have two places that look like my past melanomas, but the camera won’t pick up the multiple colors within the lesion or the irregular border. In the pictures, they look like normal freckles. If you have a history of melanoma, just save yourself the trouble and try to get to the dermatologist. Unfortunately, I am the caregiver of a disabled child who is in and out of the hospital, so that’s not that easy for me to go as often as I need. I will check back in a few weeks and see if they’ve updated the app. I see I’m not the only one who has this problem after reading through reviews. It’s not my phone either; I can take very clear pictures with my camera. Unfortunately, you can’t upload anything to this app. That is frustrating as well.

please allow use of native camera and flash

Camera built in to these apps usually do a pretty dismal job of allowing you to focus. making it near impossible for me to get good pictures. especially without flash.

Poor photo system

Does not focus making it difficult to get any useful images.

It’s a good app to get lots if information about my health issues and questions but I can’t understand the process and how it works. It’s difficult to get how it comes to the conclusion about the risk
