Your account will be charged for renewal at the price listed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Literally Thieves and Liars.
I have now 4 times had 4 separate accounts closed down by the admins. 4 accounts that followed every single code of conduct. 4 accounts that were verified with picture. 4 accounts that I paid subscription for. 4 profiles that were banned after 1-2 days only, without any form of reason or warning or explanation. Oh AND no refund of money paid. Am revulsed by such blatant arrogance and theft at broad daylight! I have texted, called, emailed and submitted so many appeals but not one single real answer or help to receive. What a filthy way of conducting business and treating people.
Having trouble receiving the SMS code
Hi! Im new here and wanted to create an account. I did everything except the SMS verification, which is im having a trouble. It always says that “Unable to Send The Code : Please Try Again Later” What should I do? T^T
This app is nothing but a scam
So I just paid for a pro subscription but didn’t get the pro features working. I contacted the support, told them what I experienced. After few hours, I logged back in again but couldnt because my account was suspended. Scruff suspended my account after taking money. Very very bad experience. Not downloading this app again.
Creating a Profile
Can’t make a profile. It kept on saying that my number isn’t valid. Help, please.
Not working even I’m using VPN
It works for me for how many months then suddenly couldn’t connect to the server. When I try to test the connection while I’m using vpn, it shows success but at the end of the message it says no recommendation. Don’t try to upgrade to PrO, you maybe waste your money later on.

I used to like this app
Now my phone got suspended with a reason i dont know. Been using this app for 3-4 years and suddenly i cant open the app coz i was suspended. I tried to appeal but they are asking alot of things that it lookslike i did some crime. Is it worth something for scruff to block/suspend their subscriber’s phone?
