Terrible App
They make it hard to find where to upload your receipt and then when you do find it the button is greyed out so you can’t actually upload it. Furthermore the search is clunky. And even in NYC there aren’t very many restaurants on the platform so you have to travel so far just to get rewards if you want them. Furthermore after you creat a booking you get a phone notification and an email notification. None of these notifications have the address or phone number to the restaurant you just booked! Elementary. There are directions you can click on but they take you to your map apps and the directions lead you to a “nearby” intersection and not that actual address! So then you have to try and find it on your maps just in order to figure out where it is. This is ridiculous.

I have been a loyal customer, one of the first to use the app! I had accrued quite a number of points but note 1) there will almost always be a balance left over since rewards are set at a specific price 2) If you do not redeem within 90 days (even if you are a few days over) they will delete your rewards. Shady way of doing business.
They take their rewards back
Loved the app at first, then just kinda stopped using it for a while. Went back to use my rewards and poof, they were gone. Apparently if you’re inactive for an extended period of time your reward money will be taken back. It’s a rip off and they won’t give it back. Have no interest in using anymore.

Receipt isn’t enough.They requested a pic of the transaction of my bank statement before sending me rewards? What? What happens if I pay with cash?
Horrible - waste of time and terrible service
Crappy restaurants that often hassle you about redeption. They took away points earned over years of use with no warning or notice and have no customer service other than canned bots. Bad bad company.

One time it didn’t work so I had to contact them for credit. Another time I never got the credit. I built up $53 in rewards and without a notification warning prior to the 90 days inactivity, which I didn’t know about, they took it back! $53, gone!? Well I guess it’s bye then! Also improve your chat where… we can actually type something to you so you can get the feedback to improve on!!??
