There is nothing or mo “next” after i wrote my child’s name

Useless app and horrible service

This app is useless. I tried for hours to get my child’s iPhone 11 set up with no luck. Their tech team offered to help only their hours are 11pm to 6am so when most people sleep. It took them a few hours just to come back snd say the app is incompatible with my child’s iPhone 11 and now they refuse to refund. They are a scam. Do not waste your time and money!!!

SecureTeen has proven to do exactly what I need to keep my children safe on their devices. It does a great job of filtering web content and only allowing allotted time on the device. I highly recommend SecureTeen.

Avoid

Don’t do it. Terrible customer service. Good luck cancelling. They’ve been taking money from me and giving me the run around on cancelling. It’s been over 6 weeks. I’m going to have to contact my credit card company to block their attempts at collecting.
