Im over the random volume resets. Volume is fine, turn headset off, refuel, turn headset on and find some of the volumes set to 100% again only because it blasts my ears and I rarely have anything above about 50%. Can I just delete the app and have it right all the time because the app is a joke
Connected to my 50r straight away, shows software version, battery percentage, can skip music, setup speed dial, happy days!
App is a waste of time and frustration. It does not sync with my intercom nor does seems responding. After hrs of restoring deleting and restoring again app isn’t responding on my iPhone 14. Intercoms are the worst compare to others in the market. Embarrassing
Can’t get past the ‘connect your device’ screen with my 20s. App has all required permissions. Speakers on the device just repeat ‘remote connected’, ‘remote disconnected’.
Updated to this ‘new’ app and now my 10S isn’t recognised even though it’s clearly connected to my phone. Please fix ASAP Oh, while you’re at it, create some way to actually connect my husbands new SC2 to mine? It doesn’t “automatically fine to another SENA device” as promised. He’s considering going back to his old helmet and old 10S. Come on, SENA, get your act together!
You really need to hire a better software engineer. I have v1.0 of the firmware and can’t update to anything later. The 1st of 7 parts completed but always dies about 30% of the way through 2/7. Can’t seem to connect to my wife’s Outstar helmet. Documentation with the 50C is woefully inadequate. Can I update it any other way?

Your app is such letdown to otherwise great product.
App stuck on the “let’s get your device connected” screen even though the device is connected to the iPhone and the “Sena Utility” app connects after a few tries. SRL-2 is on the latest firmware 1.0.7. Connected to an iPhone 14 Pro.
The app doesn’t even open. It presents a splash page letting you know what permissions it would like, you click open and get taken to apple’s permission screen. Grant it Bluetooth access, try and open the app. Rinse and repeat.
