Absolutely love this product, with consistent use I’ve noticed such a calmness and peace, my nervous system is regulated bc of this incredible tool. I had an issue with my prior Sensate and customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of everything and get me a new one. Could not recommend their commitment to excellence and their customers more!
I love sensate when it actually works. Very relaxing. Very calming. But half the time the app doesn’t work, the track I want (i am a Plus member) doesn’t load, have to re-register, etc. i hope they fix the app.
Ordered under their Valentine’s Day special on January 31st. Have yet to receive a tracking update. Nor have they responded to any of my emails. Reading other reviews, it seems like over the last few months there have been more and more fraudulent orders where no one has received anything, or the device they receive is broken. I’m getting very worried.
Since I got the Sensate I have been using it 2-4 times per day. I had ptsd and am recovering. Stress affects me profoundly and the Sensate has been helping me to build myself back up. It works magic in the immediate sense, helps me to sleep, get back to sleep and restore myself after a tough day at work. I’m at the point where I can’t imagine life without it. It is worth every penny!
I am an ER physician and yoga instructor and I find the Sensate key for falling asleep and relaxing post shift. Especially late evening. It is also improving my HRV. It also is amazing to use pre meditation as it drops you into sub space faster. My kids ( 9 and 6)love it as well and it really helps them cope with stress or fall asleep. My only criticism would be I would like to have more options for music. I got one for my dad who has Parkinson’s and he finds it helps with his anxiety as well. Highly recommend.. the only reasons I gave it 4 stars is I feel it needs a few more music choices.
Sensate has been a real game changer for me. I am a nurse who really struggles with the stress of my job, and who has a hard time sleeping particularly after night shifts. I have been using sensate regularly for a few weeks now, and have noticed a distinct improvement in my sleep quality and in my stress resilience! I recommend sensate to all of my colleagues!
