Everything’s good, the apps works fine and i had no issues but i had a subscription that is still meant to be on but it doesn’t work for some reason

Unequal Subscription Pricing and Refund Issue
I don’t understand why new subscribers get a cheaper subscription than long-term customers. I have been a loyal subscriber for a long time, yet I don’t receive the appropriate discount with each annual renewal. Additionally, there was a misunderstanding regarding my subscription renewal, and I requested a refund. However, they did not keep their promises, and I have not received my refund until now.

برنامج سئ و الشرهة علينا احنا دافعة اشتراك سنوي و الحساب مو مفعل و يوم نتواصل معاكم يوم كامل (زودينا بكذا زويدينا بكذا) و اخر شي مافي حل لا و يحيك واخد اسمه عبد الرحمن طلباته كثيرة تقول شغال في بنك باقي بس يطلب رقم أمي و ان جيت تسوي استرجاع المبلغ طبعا مايرجع و ترجع تتواصل معاهم واتساب غباء وو طبيعي
