خدمة عملاء سيئة جداً بعد انتظار ٢٤ وبعد بدء المحادثة ٣ دقايق بتروح وانتظر ٢٤ ساعة كمان إذا مو اكتر ، تحسين خدمة العملاء هي اهم من المنتج نفسو ، وحسن ومصداقية التعامل مع العملاء هية اهم شي !!! مابنصح في اي حدا اي برنامج تاني ممكن يقدم خدمات احسن مو ! وبلا هيك محتوا مافي اي مشكلة .

اول شي غالي وثاني شي اكتر الوقت ما بيشتغل وما بتفتح الصفحة وقليل حتى يلقط عالتلفزيون
سيء جدا
انا التطبيق عندى باحدى الدول الاوربيه يعمل بشكل جيد و لكن المشكله فى المحتوى. اولا اغلب القنوات قنوات سعوديه ممله جدا و ما فيها تنوع. ثانيا بعض المسلسلات لا يتم نزول كل حلقاتها ، اول ٥ او ٦ حلقات و بعدين موت يا حمار او حتى مبتنزلش الباقيه منها ابدا . افلام تافهه و رخيصه جدا الى بتنزل عليه و ما فيه تنوع بالافلام بل حتى بعض الافلام القديمه الممتعه لا نجدها عليه. الغاء اشتراك و لن يتم تجديده ابداا مره اخرى لعدم احترامكم عقليه و ذوق العملاء

الاشغتراك غالي و ما تباقي فيه وجوه الممثلين يلي دعموا القضيه الفلسطينيه، لذلك انا لا ادعم ولا اشاهد البرامج الصهيونيه
