Don’t waste your money on something that doesn’t work
It’s a shame when you find content which you enjoy watching only for it to get disrupted by technical issues which you can’t even solve due to this platform’s inaccessibility. My access to VIP content was abruptly cut off in the first week even though it was meant to end in a month. And if that wasn’t bad enough, i reinstalled the app to figure out what went wrong only for the Shahid platform to not let me access my account past the login screens on both the website on my laptop & the app on my phone. Absolute disappointment of a platform.
App not working - expensive but no support available
App suddenly disconnected , I can’t log in with .my iphone And No support ?! Even the price is high .

there is no such a thing as free one month trial and they will keep charging you unless you file a complaint with itunes.
Can’t log in.
I’ve tried logging into a different device a million times, but the app keeps saying my password is incorrect. I’ve changed my password three times. Still not working. The app only seems to allow me to log in on my main device. Fix your software please.

دفعت اشتراك لسنة كاملة في هذة المنصة … دفعت ١٢٤ دولاراً كندياً ثم بعد قترة قصير يرسلون لي إيميلاً بأنني اقوم بلاحتيال وقد دفعت بقيمة اسعار دولة سوريا وانا في كندا و سوف يلغون حسابي بعد يومين بدون النظر على ردي لهم لهذا الإيميل ولم يعيدوا لي المال الذي دفعته إنهم يحتالون على معظم المشتركين في طرق مختلفة I paid a full year’s subscription to this platform... I paid 124 Canadian dollars, then after a short time they sent me an email stating that I was committing a fraud and had paid the prices of the country of Syria while I was in Canada. They would cancel my account after two days without looking at my response to them for this email and they did not return the money that I paid. They scam most of the subscribers in different ways
