• Tackle messes or pesky debris with the new Spot Clean feature (2000 series).
2. SCHEDULE WHOLE-HOME CLEANINGS (All series)
• Schedule your Shark to run when it’s convenient for you.
• Easily adjust the days and times your robot cleans your home.
3. VOICE CONTROLS WITH AMAZON ALEXA & GOOGLE HOME (All series)
• Use voice commands to control your Shark. It’s as easy as “Alexa, tell Shark to start cleaning.”
• Compatible with Google Assistant** and Alexa*** enabled devices.
4. ENABLE CLEANING SETTINGS (1000 & 2000 series)
• Activate Recharge & Resume: your robot returns to the base, recharges, and can pick up where it left off. This is especially helpful for larger homes.
• Turn on Extended Clean to get even cleaner floors. Your robot will continue cleaning with any remaining battery power after a full home clean until it’s time to recharge.
5. SWITCH TO VACMOP™ MODE (RV2000WD series)
• Vacuum and mop your floors at the same time with VACMOP ™ mode.
• Add carpet zones on your home map. Your robot will intelligently avoid carpets while mopping.

No connection to wifi
I was pretty happy with the app until I updated it. It kicked my account off of the app and I had to make a new one. I needed to reinstall my robot vacuum but it just doesnt want to connect to the wifi.
Shark’s Ultra Matrix Cleaning
At this moment I am not totally ready for a complete report. But so far I think this model still need some work ing time and fine tuning to be able to report a complete judgement.
Mable is now family.
I was a little reluctant to get her. I highly recommend this product. It is so helpful with pet hair and sand. We live in Florida and have three dogs. I am 75 and love, love my Mable.

Our “Sharkira” is amazing. I can just remotely start it and it does the rest! High quality and thorough.
Most of the time useless
I’ve had this almost a month, it took a week to connect to WiFi. The app when it works is ok. All shark tells me is to uninstall the app and reinstall it. The robot keeps having errors and the errors are logged in the app, but doesn’t tell you what the error is or how to fix it.

Best appliance for every home!!! I couldn’t see it working so well. People told me But I just couldn’t believe the hype. And now I can’t see ever doing without mine.

Such a great help with my floors!

I’ve looked at vacuum robots for years but when I saw the 2 in 1 option, I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t sure how good the mopping feature would work but I was amazed at how it cleaned my floors. Very satisfied so far!
