Shipt offers customers a preferred shopper list. On my recent order, my preferred shopper was passed over for a new shopper even though she was online when order went out. Then when I called customer service to complain, they cancelled my account. Shipt uses deceptive advertising and has poor customer service.

Every other update, our shoppers cannot find our address. We’ve been customers for almost 5 years.

This is the worst shopping app. They will not assist in processing returns even though they didn’t leave a receipt (and the shopper knew there would be a return). The shopper doesn’t call/text when promised so the order is incomplete. The delivery times are regularly rescheduled from original time promised. If you need your groceries on time, don’t shop with Shipt.

My experience working for shipt: I would definitely give this 0 stars if I could. Shipt does not care about its shoppers. They fired me because I was below 90% on time rate, but how are you supposed to be on time when the store doesn’t have an item the customer wanted and you try to contact the customer to see what substitute they want and they don’t respond? Am I supposed to not care about getting the customers the items they want and just skip an item for the sake of being on time? Wouldn’t that just make my shopper rating go down because now you have an unhappy customer? It makes 0 sense and this company clearly doesn’t understand the logistics. Their customers have somehow convinced themselves that grocery delivery is not something you have to tip for?? I’m not sure if this is just because of inflation but I used to get tipped every time and I barely got anything this year. It’s pretty much volunteer work because most deliveries take about an hour and a half. So if you get $13 for that order that’s about $8 an hour. But you also have to keep in mind you’re paying for gas and putting miles on your car. So if you don’t get tipped, your basically Shipts slave. One of the worst work experiences I’ve had in my life

Costco showed up in the map of participating store near me, but when I registered they disappeared. Do they participate or not?!!!

The delivery experience was amazingly delightful. Alexis is great in all areas and I would like to have her shop in the future.

My experience was the best experience of any app I’ve ever used. This is in part bc my shopper Chris went above and beyond his duties on Mother’s Day. It’s bc it was made very special to me bc of Chris’s caring and attention to detail, putting himself in my situation on a personal human level. I was out of town and couldn’t visit my mom on her big day and the flowers I’d ordered from a super large flower delivery service with overpriced flowers merchandise and expensive fees kept getting my order wrong and messaged me saying my order wouldn’t be delivered until the day after Mother’s Day which I said no not professional and cancelled that purchase. Under the gun the only thing I could think of was to download the SHIPT app to save the day. I’d requested if Chris could pick up some flowers for mom. As Chris shopped he was unimpressed with the selection of flowers available of my choice bc the remaining flowers had been picked over after all it was Mother’s Day. This guy personally called me to tell me and said I wouldn’t buy these for my mom and took it upon himself to find a store manager to see what could be done. Luckily there was a new SHIPTment in the back which Chris asked if he could go back and select an arrangement himself. After picking the best of the bunch he delivered them to my mom and rang the doorbell and said I want to wish you a happy Mother’s Day from your son as I’d asked him if he could do and he nailed it so well my mom called me to ask me how she could write a review and comment to Chris’s boss on just how special and awesome the nice young man Chris was. He made me look like son of the year. Thank you SHIPT For Chris!!!!

It’s impossible to get help when you have an issue with your account.

As far as ship goes in all honesty for the past four years, I have really enjoyed it up until today where my account was frozen for suspicious activity when there was nothing out of the normal from my usual ordering style or a dresses it was delivered to. the only reason I am going to continue to use shift is because of my shift shoppers that I have favorite. They have done such an impeccable job that I would hate to leave them, but I am very disappointed shift monitoring service that froze my account today and deleted all my information as far as cards I had stored. It’s been a huge inconvenience for me.
