Was working fine but just noticed I can no longer access the app just freezes when it’s opened and stuck. You need to fix this!

Was working fine but just noticed I can no longer access the app just freezes when it’s opened and stuck. You need to fix this!
9 times out of 10 the app doesn’t work (won’t accept log in details). The website is not much better. You receive emails telling you your parcel is on its way and there are charges to be paid, and then you can’t log on anywhere to pay them. Needs fixing.
This app has always been terrible, much like Aramex and their customer service. But now it doesn’t work at all, logging in does nothing, it just sits at the login page. Their website isn’t working properly anymore too, they really are a disgusting useless company.
Poor. Doesn’t store password or allow face recognition, so have to sign in manually every time. Keep having to reset password, and then is slow to log in, but really quick to tell you you’ve got the wrong details, so not just a slow app, but a painful app.
The app struggles to load terms and conditions screen and you can't get past that?! What a mess!
Love that you can calculate the cost in app and not have to speak to an agent over the phone or via email
I am unable to log in at all using this version of the app, so have reverted to using the website. The service from Aramex is great, however the app, that used to be handy, is now useless. It would really help customers if it were fixed, and incorporated a facility for uploading invoices.
Seemed like a good idea but the log in details I used on their website won’t let me into the app. Bigger problem is that the address they offer for the Philippines doesn’t comply with the choices in Shopee’s drop down menu and the phone number comes up as invalid. In short - a waste of time signing up. I haven’t given them any money who knows where the data went. Avoid
Service has been good so far, but trying to log in to app and it’s static. Won’t budge. I’ve updated it, so looks like I’m just locked out of my account - great!
Previously this app seemed to work ok - not always great functionality but I could rely to open it and it would show my shipments, allow me to pay fees, etc. In last week (mid July 2023) the app has gone from usable to utterly unusable - either won’t open, hangs for 5 mins on the welcome page then arbitrarily wakes up and let’s you into your shipment list, or won’t accept username & password. Trying to reset password leads to 403Forbidden webpages time after time. PLEASE FIX THIS urgently. I use it a lot and it’s a major hassle to have to log into your website instead of using the app all the time.
