This app makes it extremely difficult to unsubscribe. To access the subscription manager you have to verify your email but they never sent the code (not an issue with my email). This is theft.

It’s the best

Shreddy has all of the features I’ve ever wished for. I’m intermediate - experienced with weightlifting and always struggle with finding new workouts. I’ve done lots of PDF formats but apps are so good for motivation, tracking, form and receiving updates and additions. This app runs super smoothly, you can track things easy, get recipe inspiration and the challenges seem really good and fun (I’ve yet to do one). I like elements like connectivity with Spotify playlists too. I also like how you can dip in and out of other programs which is great when you travel as you can just do one of the home workouts or Pilates - or just to mix things up. Love it!

Workouts are alright and the videos are easy to follow, however the app isn’t super user friendly. I’m finding my workouts aren’t saving properly. It’s quite difficulty to see what challenge I’m actually in.

I love love love the guides, classes & trainers on this app however it is glitchy & this is quite annoying when in the gym/mid workout. It doesn’t stop me using it but super frustrating. When switching out exercises it glitches/doesn’t update the reps, and I’m currently trying to watch a live class video and when I switch to full screen it just full on stops.

I have a chronic illness and heart condition and haven’t exercised in a long time. Was so excited to try this app and it’s been SUPER disappointing. App is very glitchy, won’t update my shopping list, I chose meat meal plan and it populated all vegan (why even give the choice) and the timer wasn’t going off at the right time and even when I turned it off it kept playing. I can see reviews from 4 years ago pointing out same things so not sure how much has improved. Really trusted graces product and bought a year subscription. So disappointed I can’t get that money back. I won’t be blindly trusting again. Takes a lot for me to write this review I love tala and grew up watching grace. Feel really sad.

Loved this app and the workouts but they were let down by so continuous glitches.

This app was full of glitches. It just crashes randomly all the time and takes forever to load. Such a waste of money. I have supported Grace for years but this is just a wrought, so disappointing.

I had such high hopes for this app but I’ve been really disappointed. Firstly it was constantly glitchy; I was always having to restart, the timer wouldn’t work, or reps wouldn’t load. Communication was then frustrating as no one actually gave me a refund or tried to help solve it beyond saying they were working on tech issues. And now I’ve been completely logged out despite having paid for this month. I am discontinuing my subscription and wouldn’t recommend this app.

Love the app and the workouts, however the majority of the time is me deleting and reinstalling it, trying to update it, refreshing it, exiting and re entering it… sooo many glitches majority of the time. Takes a long time to load when I open it for the first time every day, and most of the time auto play doesn’t work, the workouts don’t load, etc Not sure if I’ll keep my subscription unfortunately due to all these glitches
