Live the contents but the tech needs improvement

I’ve been a member for over a year now and I love the workouts but the app closes down and logs me out quite often, and if I customize the schedule it removes all the workouts for the week. Maybe there’s a bug but I can’t download any workouts either, it says that the workout is downloaded but when I try offline the app won’t log me in nor show me the workouts 🤷‍♀️
