What an utter waste of space of an app. Can’t access the AI Image Generator like you can on the site. Can’t do much else either. Can browse suggested images and that’s it. Can’t find anything with my search criteria, can’t even see pricing plans!! Is this app abandoned or something? I was trying to use the AI on the website but that doesn’t work either.
Started really well but like other reviewers here stated the app usually logs of from the account might take 1 month might take 3 ,password resets etc etc ,app becoming too clumsy ,deleted as too much of an headache to bother myself
I’ve only ever used one image and have tried to delete and deactivate this account numerous times. Last month I clicked the deactivate button and was told my account was successfully deleted but today they have taken MORE money. I’ve looked into my account details and although I downloaded this in 2022 it says my plan won’t expire till 1969 - this date makes NO sense. I accept I won’t get a refund from a scamming app like this but All I want to do is CANCEL, let me leave, stop taking money.
I started a free trial 3 months ago and cancelled auto renewal by the end of it, but for some reasons it doesn’t work and it charged me £60 for the past 3 months. I contacted customer services for a refund and they provided no help at all. Please listen to me and don’t use their service at all or you might end up like me. This company is a SCAM!!!!!!!
For those of you thinking of getting a monthly subscription, just a WARNING, when you cancel the monthly subscription early they charge you £20 + any taxes (this is stupid btw, because why would you get penalized by cancelling early? And if you forget to cancel on time, they still charge you regardless?). I’m sure whoever came up with this idea of charging extra for cancellation is a "genius" in this company. But although that fool may have gotten a small win from a lost customer, he/she have simultaneously built bad will. And that isn’t good long term. Make sure your superiors get that. One bad review will 10x itself. Maybe more.

The website has an edit function which I never use because if I’m in my laptop I’d rather edit in Photoshop, but this app doesn’t give access to the editing function, which is annoying as when working in phone, it would actually be really useful!
It’s so expensive per image/loop, and is generally cheaper from the website. If only I could change the language from German to English. Dismayed
If you want to know what something looks like Shutterstock will have photos of it.
I Keep getting it where file is not supported and you are not cheap!! Need these images for my marketing so not the best
