As soon as I started I already felt the burn through my abs
I was going great, then after day 5 it asked me to start paying. The ab workouts were not great. The instructions were bad and the overall quality of the app was dismal Do not get under any circumstances
At first I thought there was no progress but a week in and I was feeling the burn and seeing progress I recommend for people looking for a great six pack!!!!!!
Too many Ads
It’s all really good but the only thing is that there are no warm down stretchers.
Will we look like the rock after 30 days
Amazing for your abs you can feel the burn
The app is really good but I think you should get more stuff for free instead of buying subscription
Too hard
