Im using sesh ANC for more than 6month till now there is no firmware update for my device

Does not support all skull candy products. Scull candy Dime 3 pods is not supporting
Pathetic
Pathetic experience! Got my Hesh ANC headphones but app doesn’t support it. Why ??? Don’t you think that if someone is spending your Money, at least they should be able to connect with your official application?
Good for nothing !!!
100% waste of data. Not connecting with my TWS. The phone already connected but this app couldn’t find . Tried in different devices. I will not recommend.
Doesn’t connect
The jib2 doesn’t get connected with the app
Regarding fraud and misconduct.
I am writing this review due to misconduct regarding service delivery and fraud by the skullcandy company. I had ordered Sullcandy Jib true 2 new earbuds on 08/08/2023. It was going to be shipped on 12/08/2023. But I haven’t received them even after 15 days(23/08/2023). I called delivery services several times whose number is invalid and not getting connected. They sent back the product without any notification or calling. The product is received by the seller now. When I called Skullcandy customer care they told that the product will be shipped back to you again. But now I don’t want the product. Regarding this I mailed and called skullcandy customer care several times and almost every day. They now said that the product cannot be cancelled as its not in our policy and it will be sent back to you again. I told them that I will negative feedback for the same.The person sitting at customer care was so rude that he told to go ahead with giving negative feedback and we will not getting affected with this. Even I told I want to talk with the manager but he told that its not your valid reason to talk and we cannot connect to the manager I think the Skullcand company should change their policies and should kickout such persons sitting at customer care. Its the reason why the Skullcandy company has low ratings. Negative stars to Skullcandy.❌❌
