Instruction Manual app, all problems can only be fixed by tapping your earplugs - not helpful
I have these wireless earplugs for 4 years and I can only use them one bud at a time to listen to music. Unfortunately I am too stubborn to buy more because I use them while working and I don’t otherwise listen to music. When I work it’s easier to hear if one earplug isn’t working but the experience isn’t ideal. This has been extremely annoying to fix and the app doesn’t help you. It just tells you how to press the side to fix the issue but it never works.
I have contacted the customer service through email and twice through instagram and they don’t want to fix the issue, all I can do is return but it’s too late for that and a huge waste of time, resources and I’ll just have to buy another pair. I feel this could be easily fixed with a software update. I really don’t want to put more useless waste into a landfill
Still not compatible with Sesh Evo
For a product that sells for 70€ you’d expect it would be compatible with the app….

good!
useful since i can never remember the tap controls on my indy earbuds. i would LOVE if there was a widget for this app so i could turn on ambient mode without fully opening the app. it would also be beneficial to view the percentage and modes etc. good app i just wish it had this feature for more accessibility!
Not compatible
This app isn’t compatible with sesh evo devices. The company should make all the devices compatible with the app for ease of use for the customer!
Couldn’t pair buds
I have the 2019 skullcandy Indy truly wireless but when I go to pair them in the app, there is no option for my model, only other ones that have a hook shape on the top. Mine don’t
