Just bought the Skullcandy Dime 2 and I went to download the app and then realised the they weren’t compatible. Which is unfortunate because the Dime XT’s are. This isn’t okay, so please add back the Dime 2 and stop cutting costs. This could’ve been a good app if you guys were to add the products there that people actually buy.

Bad tech, slow, never pairs easily

Got Indy Evo but only one earbud ever works sometimes right sometimes left or none lots of faff around, I just want to stick them in my ears and listen to music not faffing around.

Just bought the Hesh Evo, only to find out they aren’t supported on the app. I would love it if they changed this, considering the price I paid for the headphones, which are great quality but aren’t available on the app

bought some new crushers and it says compatible and dosent pair up on the app but gives me option to.

I have the Hesh ANC headset and just downloaded this app to see if I could play around with them a bit more but saw it’s not on there yet. When will these be added to the app?

Just bought new Hesh headphones… not supported by the app. Unbelievable…

Can’t even connect to start with.

(I have Skullcandy Indy Evo) Other brand’s apps let you customise a lot of your earbuds/headphones but yet on this app, the only things the APP itself can do to your headphones is change the volume and turn Ambient Mode on and off. When you want to change the EQ mode and tap on it, it shows how to change the EQ on the headphones (example it’ll say “tap tap tap and hold on the touch control to switch EQ mode” when you tap on the EQ option)

I bought some new Dime Skullcandy earbuds but they’re too loud on my iPhone. This app shows them as an option but it does not pair with them. If this app was updated to pair with them I would easily change it to 5 stars. But currently I’m just waiting for an update that makes them compatible.
